I never go to work!

For those of you with kids (or with adults), They Might Be Giants do tons of kids stuff. They have a couple DVDs on ABCs and 123s, a kid's album, and even a book that Alli hasn't read yet. Every Friday they release a Family video podcast, so check em out!

The second song in that last video is actually one of our drinking songs. Anyway, all their podcasts can be found here and probably on iTunes. Disney handles their kids stuff too, so its weird to buy TMBG things from Disney.

To switch to the exact opposite gear, George Carlin had his usual HBO special. Enlightening as usual. He gives some parenting advice, provides some insight into American thinking, WWJD, etc. Don't watch if you don't like bad words or criticism on religion or the US. Otherwise, enjoy.

Man, blogging is easy if I just post things other people make!

Gonna have to take this one video at a time--Marsha Brady is on Paula Dean's cooking show, so can't stay long.
So quick comments on the We Might Be Giants sock puppet thingy. Loved it! 9 sides celebrated! Then the no-sides going under water-It's like, you don't have to have any sides to get a dolphin to swim with you! Very kid friendly. The whistling thing at the end, though, with their mouths all straight? I'm going to have to take half a star away for that one.

I've seen the George Carlin thing, he seems to get meaner as he gets older. How many times did he say "F**k that Sh*t"?

More about the "Bus"
There is a movie with Woody Harrilson called "No Further" all about Ken Keasey, the Merry Pranksters, and the bus trip to Timothy Learys' house. The real bus said "Further" on the front, not "Beyond" like the bus in Across the Universe. Tim was a Harverd professer experementing with L.S.D. on his students. He was the Acid King of the East, a little more conservitive than Ken, the Acid King of the West, and all the free-thinking Hippies that followed him. So chaos took a trip across the country to meet up with order . . .

It's a rule of the internet:

"Every post is a repost of a repost"

Brien, I'm not going to say the obvious--Never mind, I am--Which came first, the chicken or the egg? HA!
